This is such a simple idea that I picked up from one of the wellness publications that I subscribe to. Apparently walnuts are shaped like the brain for a reason. They provide nutrients like the mineral magnesium that help the brain and whole body to relax.
I prepare this beverage regularly. A handful of walnuts or 1/4 of a cup, 1/2 to 1 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of honey and 1/4 of a teaspoon of pure vanilla extract. I put these in the blender and blend for about 10 seconds. Try a little Maple Syrup or Stevia instead of honey as desired. This beverage is creamy and delicious!
