Super Easy Baked Chicken / Pollo al Horno Facilísimo

Simple and tasty recipes are always welcome by my taste buds!  Like my mother-in-love once said, “good food is….. (she paused)… good!”

I like drumsticks.  My ingredients are olive oil, dry white wine, peppers (I chose red and green), onion, tomato, garlic.  Sprinkle with a little sea salt, ground pepper, turmeric and sea kelp if available.  I also sprinkles a little fresh cilantro…  I love cilantro.  Bake at about 325 fahrenheit for about 1.5 hours.  The next picture in the blog entry is the photo of the ingredients right before going into the oven.  I covered my chicken with aluminum foil so it would not dry.
