Great idea for starting your day! This recipe is so simple and each of the ingredients is easily found in your local grocery store. The purpose is to help you increase your regular fiber intake. High fiber diets facilitate bowel cleansing. Constipation does not add life to your body.
Make sure that you are drinking plenty of water throughout your day, everyday!
In one 8 to 12 ounce glass of warm water add:
½ to 1 tsp Flaxseed – Ground or whole
½ to 1 tsp of Oatmeal
½ to 1 tsp of Green or Chinese pumpkin seeds
¼ to ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
Let your ingredients sit for 15 – 30 minutes while you get groomed for your day. Once dressed and ready to start your day, enjoy your high fiber beverage before breakfast. Keep in mind that the pumpkin and flax seeds must be chewed!
