Doctor Omura conducted urine sample for a patient. This person had consumed a soup that is prepared in Vietnam. The soup had cilantro. In his evaluation, Omura found high level of heavy metals like lead, mercury and aluminum in the urine of the individual that had just enjoyed the special soup. His conclusion: The cilantro had enabled the removal of the toxic metal from the body. Over time, different suggested protocols for including cilantro to cleanse the body have been published.
